Five years ago, Lily Zhao accidentally became pregnant with Ethan Cole's children. During childbirth, she suffered a severe hemorrhage, and her situation was critical. Later, Isabelle confesses her secret crush on Ethan Cole to Lily Zhao and asks Lily Zhao to leave Ethan Cole. Ethan Cole, with the help of friends, embarks on a long journey to win back his wife. By chance, Isabelle discovers that Lily Zhao is the biological mother of the two children, and after destroying the information, arranges for Sarah Zhao to act as the biological mother of the two children. Finally, through Ethan Cole's efforts, Lily Zhao forgives Ethan Cole, and Ethan Cole learns Lily Zhao's identity. Afterwards, Sarah Zhao threatens Ethan Cole, kidnaps Lily Zhao, and tells Lily Zhao everything.
